Elizabeth Phillips,
Pharm D, CACP, BAAP
| Elizabeth is an Associate Professor
of Pharmacy, St John Fisher College, Wegmans School
of Pharmacy, Rochester, New York. She practices as
an Ambulatory Care Pharmacotherapist and as a
faculty member and preceptor with SUNY, Syracuse,
NY. She is an accomplished lecturer presenting on
multiple topics with a focus in diabetic management
and ambulatory care. Elizabeth brings her clinical
experience working with advanced practice nurses to
this presentation. She is an active member of ACCP,
ASHP, AACP, and ISTH. |
