Option to sit NCC EFM subspecialty exam afternoon of Day 2*
You must register separately and at least 21 days prior to exam date.
To register with NCC after registering for this class:
1. Complete registration for this EFM Review Course, and check that you are taking the exam (note there is a $25 exam administration fee charged by PEC). You will receive the PEC class code (Item Number, which begins with the numbers 19) on check out. Then return to this page.
2. Proceed to the NCC website using the PEC website tab on the home page. Follow those instructions.
(All details of the exam are the responsibility of NCC).
*You must attend both days of the EFMR class to sit the NCC exam at a PEC site.
**If you are choosing the convenience of taking the exam in paper-pencil format on site, after the class, there is a $25 test administration fee due PEC (in addition to the NCC exam fee; net savings to you, $25).
A reminder, our Seminars are “review” courses, and as such they are fast paced expecting to review rather than teach new concepts. We strongly suggest prior preparation. We suggest that you download the “Candidates Guide” from the NCC website and review the exam content areas, doing a self assessment of your strengths and weaknesses to assist with your own focus in the seminar. You may email PEC if you want further directives: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The allotted seminar time does not allow for in depth review of all content areas, nor is PEC or its speakers aware of which areas are stressed in testing.
Anticipate needed study time the night before the exam on site
