This core class includes the option of two NCC exams; Maternal-Newborn or Low Risk Newborn.
This seminar is team-taught by Cindy Parke, RNC, CNM, MSN, and Tracy Karp, RNC, MS, NNP.
Both instructors use a physiology-based approach to their in-depth review of maternal and fetal adaptation to pregnancy,
birth, and the immediate postpartum and newborn period.  Improve assessment skills, update your practice with evidence-based treatment protocols,
review resources.  As a review course, test preparation will also be discussed!

NCC Exam Info:

Option to sit NCC InPatient OB exam on the third morning. You must register separately and at least 21 days prior to the exam date. Click on the NCC Exam Registration tab on this website Home Page, and follow the instructions there.

Option to sit NCC InPatient OB Nursing exam morning of Day 3
You must register separately and at least 21 days prior to the exam date.

(All details of the exam are the responsibility of NCC).

* You must attend at least one day of class to take the NCC exam option on site.

*If you are choosing the convenience of taking the exam in a paper-pencil format on site, after the class, registration with NCC is $275 and there is a $30 test administration fee due to PEC (in addition to the NCC exam fee of $275
